Step Four: An independent third-party Gemologist, approved by the Gemological Institute of America, inspects the diamond and prepares a detailed report - proving its quality.
Step Five: The diamond is placed in secure bank storage in New York, ensuring maximum security for investors.
Step Six: The bank storage receipt (being the one document that proves ownership of the stone) is turned into a 'Token' on the blockchain - allowing investors to easily and efficiently purchase their rough diamonds online.
This innovative tokenization process allows investors to own a digital representation of a physical diamond, referred to as an eDiamond, ensuring transparency and traceability, purchased from the comfort of their own home.
