Profit Sharing Program

Our KimberLite Profit Sharing Program is at the heart of these plans. We will distribute 11.5% of the net profits earned from diamonds traded on our platform amongst loyal holders of KimberLite Tokens.

The eligibility criteria, distribution calculations, and other important information are as follows:

Holders that Qualify	To qualify investors must hold a minimum of 1,400,000 tokens for a period of 6−months.
Profit Share	11.5% of the net profits generated from all diamond trades conducted within the KimberLite platform.
Share Calculations	Dividend payments are shared among qualified investors based on the number of tokens they hold. Investors with more tokens will receive a bigger share.
Payment Frequency	Share dividends will be paid out every three months.

Staking Pools

We are partnering only with exchanges that offer ‘Staking Pools’ allowing investors to earn additional free KimberLite Tokens.

When you engage in crypto staking pools, you can earn profits, which are free tokens, by staking your KimberLite Tokens with other participants. As the pool validates transactions and secures the blockchain, you receive a percentage of the rewards distributed by the network.
